This is the dood you’ve been waiting for! Yosef is just the doodle for you if you want a quiet friend who enjoys each day and doesn’t raise a fuss about anything. Yosef wants little more than a lap where he can curl up and be loved. While he has limited vision, once he has mapped out his environment, he’s ready for a jaunty lap or two around the yard or the living room. He absolutely loves to run and play in the backyard, leaping like a rabbit and joyfully sprinting in wide circles until he tires himself out. His playful spirit shines outdoors, but once he's back inside, he enjoys quiet time. He’ll snuggle up with his favorite pillow in his cozy, open-door crate with blankets draped over it like a little den where he can relax and rest peacefully. You won’t have to worry about storms keeping him awake at night since he doesn’t hear well either.

Yosef would thrive in a patient, loving home that understands his unique needs. He does fine with older, dog-savvy kids who will respect his space, and he's content to chill in his crate away from all the fuss of kids.  A calm environment with a predictable layout would help him feel safe and confident as he navigates it. A fenced-in yard would be ideal so he can enjoy running and playing freely. While he gets along with other dogs, a home with tolerant or low-energy canine companions—or even as a solo pet—might be best, especially as he continues learning boundaries. Most importantly, Yosef needs someone who will give him the time, guidance, and affection he deserves. This senior dood is ready to share his love with the paw-fect family.

Yosef’s adoption fee is $200. He is HW negative, current on all vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Yosef a second chance.
